1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Angry Thunder Spins. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Angry Thunder Spins ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the social arcade platform available at angrythunderspins.com.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility Requirements
Access to Angry Thunder Spins is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 19 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that applies to all users.
- Residency: You must be a resident of Canada. The platform is designed for Canadian adults and may not be appropriate or legally accessible in other jurisdictions.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your province or territory.
- No prior ban: You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the platform by Angry Thunder Spins.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may request verification of your eligibility at any time and reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met. If you are using the platform on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account, you are in violation of these Terms and your access may be immediately terminated.
Users outside Canada access the platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws and regulations.
4 User Accounts
While some features of Angry Thunder Spins may be accessible without registration, certain features may require you to create a user account. If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated
- Select a username that does not impersonate another person, violate any trademark, or contain offensive content
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately at hello@angrythunderspins.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, access limits, or other platform restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or reclaim any account at our sole discretion, particularly if the account violates these Terms, contains inappropriate content, or has been inactive for an extended period. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
5 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Angry Thunder Spins only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable Canadian laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
Prohibited Technical Actions
- Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to circumvent, reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with any platform security or access controls
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or compromise the platform or its users
- Overloading servers through denial-of-service attacks, excessive API calls, or similar disruptive activities
- Attempting to access data or accounts belonging to other users without authorization
Prohibited Content and Behaviour
- Posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory
- Impersonating any person, entity, or brand — including Angry Thunder Spins team members
- Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users without their consent
- Engaging in any form of commercial solicitation, unsolicited advertising, or spam
- Facilitating or encouraging others to violate these Terms
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and may be reported to applicable law enforcement authorities where required by law.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and features on Angry Thunder Spins — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, graphics, game mechanics, text, artwork, animations, sound effects, code, and underlying technology — are owned by or licensed to Angry Thunder Spins and are protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act (Canada) and the Trade-marks Act (Canada).
By accessing the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission
- Create derivative works based on any platform content or game mechanics
- Use any platform content for commercial purposes, advertising, or monetization
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website without written consent
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of copyright and trademark law. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
7 User-Generated Content
To the extent our platform allows you to submit, post, share, or transmit content (such as chat messages, usernames, feedback, or forum posts), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content. However, by submitting content, you grant Angry Thunder Spins a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
- Your content does not contain personal information of third parties shared without their consent
We do not endorse any user-generated content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community guidelines without prior notice. We are not responsible for content posted by users and cannot guarantee that all content on the platform will be appropriate for all audiences.
8 Disclaimers & Warranties
Angry Thunder Spins is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or information on the platform
- Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the platform meets your specific requirements
We make no representation or warranty that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Canada. If you access the platform from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and initiative.
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent any such exclusions are prohibited by applicable provincial law, those exclusions shall not apply to you. However, the platform remains a free entertainment service and no warranty extends beyond what is required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Ontario and Canadian law, Angry Thunder Spins, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its features
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or your access to it
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed CAD $100. Because the platform is provided entirely free of charge, this limitation is reasonable and reflects the basis of the agreement between us.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Angry Thunder Spins and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your use of the platform in a manner not authorized by these Terms
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any misrepresentation made by you, including misrepresentation about your age or eligibility
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the platform.
11 Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Angry Thunder Spins at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, violation of our community guidelines, or if we choose to discontinue the platform entirely.
You may discontinue your use of the platform at any time. If you have a registered account, you may request deletion by contacting us at hello@angrythunderspins.com.
Upon termination of your access:
- Your licence to use the platform immediately ceases
- You must not attempt to re-access the platform using another account if you have been banned
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability
We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of access to the platform, including loss of any virtual points, scores, or other in-platform progress, all of which have no monetary value.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@angrythunderspins.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Ontario, Canada, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent immediate irreparable harm.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your province or territory, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
